Zeller Accountant and Bookkeeper Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Zeller Accountant and Bookkeeper Referral Program is open to certified Accountants and Bookkeepers. Zeller reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of service for our Accountant & Bookkeeper referral program at any time. Unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. All participants are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Referrer

A Referrer is defined as an approved Zeller Accountant or Bookkeeper partner invited to join the Zeller Accountant & Bookkeeper Referral Program. The Referrer is subject to Zeller’s Terms of Service and Zeller’s Privacy Policy.

Referred Merchant

A Referred Merchant is defined as a new Zeller customer who successfully completes activation of their Zeller Account and starts transacting, on referral from a Referrer. A Referred Merchant and a Referrer cannot be the same person, operate the same business, or share the same ABN. Referred Merchants must be legitimate businesses. The Referred Merchant must be a new Zeller customer, who has never held a Zeller account. Referred Merchants are required to satisfy Zeller’s onboarding requirements, including demonstrating an annualized card processing income of $250,000/year.

Qualified Referrals

For the Referrer to earn referral rewards, the Referred Merchant must complete their Zeller activation and remain processing with Zeller Terminal for 6 months after the account activation date.

Referral Rewards

Rewards are payable as a cash payment, settled to the Zeller Transaction Account of the Referrer six months post-account activation. Payments are calculated as 0.12% of overall processing volume (revenue) captured via Zeller Terminal. Referral Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Zeller offer or promotion. The Referrer must hold an active Zeller Transaction Account, with an active site, in order to receive their Referral Reward. 

Free Processing Rewards

For all Referred Merchants, transaction fees incurred during the first 30 days since activation will be refunded as a cash bonus to the Referred Merchant’s Zeller Transaction Account. Payment will be processed no later than 30 days after the Free Processing Rewards period.

Referrer eligibility is limited to approved Zeller Accountant & Bookkeeper partners.
