What’s New at Zeller this April

It's been a big start to 2025, and we’ve been hard at work building and releasing your most requested features. This month has seen a major new feature release – Zeller Bill at Table – as well as several other exciting enhancements and updates to help you get paid more smoothly when using Zeller POS Lite . Read on to learn more about what’s new at Zeller this April. Accept cash payments with Zeller POS Lite. While card transactions are by far the preferred payment method for most Australians, we’ve now enabled you to also record physical cash sales when you’re using Zeller POS Lite from Zeller Terminal or App. To record cash as the tendered option in a transaction, simply select the items to be sold as usual, and then select “cash” as the tender for payment. Key in how much has been paid in physical cash, and provide customers with an itemised receipt. If your customers choose to tip with physical cash (e.g. “You keep the change”), this can now be recorded too. The option to record cash sales in Zeller POS Lite is controllable by site, and turned off by default. Simply activate this option in ‘Settings’ on both Zeller Terminal 2 and Zeller App . Also, watch this space – more features related to how you manage and report cash payments are coming soon! Process 100% discounts on items sold with Zeller POS Lite. Applying a discount to an item sold using Zeller POS Lite is now even easier, as we’ve added the ability to offer a 100% discount (or a $0 sale) in the event you’re supplying a giveaway, offering a free gift with purchase, or issuing warranty receipts. By being able to record items discounted by 100% with Zeller POS Lite on your terminal or Zeller App, you’ll benefit from clearer inventory reconciliation and a much more accurate view of your total items sold in any time period. Present the bill and accept payment tableside seamlessly with Zeller Bill at Table. Restaurants can now present diners with itemised bills displayed directly on Zeller Terminal 's large digital screen, and then instantly accept payment tableside. Zeller Bill at Table allows customers to settle their bill quickly, split payments effortlessly and tip with ease, making for happier diners and faster table turnover. In fact, Zeller Bill at Table is proven to help restaurants turn tables up to 73% faster from bill request to out-the-door. As Ben Hickey from The Roosevelt in Sydney  said, “More covers means more revenue". Learn more about Zeller Bill at Table here . Enhanced site management from Zeller App. Merchants with multiple business locations can now manage their sites directly from within Zeller App, including site-specific features such as surcharging, GST, tipping, receipt and terminal customisation. This makes it easier for you to make instant changes to site settings – for example, enabling tipping for a pop-up restaurant, or switching off tipping prompts when the lunch rush hits – when you’re on the go, rather than having to log into your Zeller Dashboard from a desktop computer. Smarter item management with Zeller Invoices. Time-saving functionality that was originally developed for Zeller POS Lite (and proved very popular) has now also been added to item management on Zeller Invoices. This includes improved handling of attributes and discounts, plus new support for item modifiers, too. The navigation of Zeller Invoices has also had a refresh, with a sleek new side menu that allows you to browse or create items, complete with unit price, quantity, and description. You can also now toggle GST on or off, apply discounts, and reorder items on your invoice via drag and drop, making it easier than ever to create and send customised invoices that help you get paid faster. Try out these new features today. To test these new additions, simply log in to your Zeller Dashboard , or try them out with Zeller POS Lite from Zeller Terminal or App. If you have ideas for other features, send them through to us at feedback@myzeller.com . We love to hear what our merchants would like to see from us, and are proud to say that the majority of this month’s releases have been developed and launched based upon feedback we’ve heard from you.

Easier expense management. Life got a little simpler for finance teams, who are often managing expenses across multiple projects, departments and locations. Zeller corporate cardholders can now easily upload receipts and tax invoices into transactions they’ve made, categorise and append notes to expenses. What's New at Zeller

This month, we’ve made end-of-day reconciliation easier, added an extra layer of security to online payments, and given even more power to the Zeller App so you can do more on the go. And that’s not all. Reconcile your point-of-sale and Zeller Terminal with a clearer end-of-day breakdown. At the end of a day of trading, sometimes your point-of-sale (POS) and Zeller Terminal will present slightly different totals. This is because, when a payment is processed through the EFTPOS machine, it may be subject to surcharges and tips that are added onto the sale after the POS has recorded the transaction. What’s new? We’ve added a clearer breakdown of your end-of-day surcharges, tips, and fees, to the on-screen report. This gives you an accurate reflection of the amount value that will be settled into your account for the day, and helps to streamline your reconciliation process. Where can I find it? To view your report on Zeller Dashboard, navigate to the sidebar menu, click ‘Payments’, then click ‘Reports’. To print your report on Zeller Terminal, select ‘Reports’ from the navigation menu. Specify the date range, select ‘Site’ or ‘Terminal’, then tap ‘Print’ on the top right corner of the screen. Pick up where you left off when filtering transactions. Applying filters to your transaction records is a great way of finding refunds or declined sales as well as identifying transactions processed in certain sites, on particular devices. What’s new? We’ve uplifted the filtering experience on your transaction reports to help you find what you’re looking for faster especially when you use the same filters regularly. Where can I find it? When you apply filters to your transaction reports in Zeller Dashboard and navigate away from the page, the same filters will still be applied when you return. Safeguard your online payments with a new layer of security. When you accept payments with Zeller, your business benefits from a dedicated anti-fraud team and 24/7 transaction monitoring. However, there's now even more you can do to safeguard your business against scammers. What’s new? We have introduced an extra layer of protection, known as 3D Secure, to online payments with  Zeller Invoices ,  Pay by Link , or  Xero  Invoices (when using Zeller’s online payment gateway). How does it work? Your customer may be prompted to enter a passcode or go through a similar authentication step on their banking app to proceed with the payment. Once your customer has entered the correct passcode and been authenticated successfully, the payment will be processed. Update your security notifications from Zeller App. Security notifications help you stay abreast of any potential changes to your account in order to safeguard your business against potential fraud. Managing these is especially important if you have multiple people who are admins of your Zeller Account. What’s new? We’ve further enhanced the notification centre on Zeller App to allow you to have even more control over what updates you’d like to receive as an email and/or push notification. Where can I find it? Customise how you’d like to be notified under ‘Settings’ within the ‘App’ tab on Zeller App. Manage your contacts on the go. Zeller Contact Directory lets you manage business relationships with contact and customer management tools and is included free with your Zeller Account. What’s new? Zeller Contact Directory  is now available on Zeller App! Manage customer and supplier details, automatically attach supplier and vendor information to transactions, and track customer purchases on the go. Where can I find it? To add a new contact on Zeller App, navigate to the menu on the top left-hand side and click ‘Contacts’ and follow the prompts. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? What's New at Zeller

From analysing settlement reports to managing budgets and simplifying expense reconciliation: you’ve now got even more visibility and control over your finances. This month, we’ve enhanced the Zeller Dashboard to give you more granular details about when and how your funds are being settled, and we’ve given you more flexibility over how your budgets and expenses are managed with big feature updates for Zeller Corporate Cards. And that’s not all. Read on to discover all the latest updates from Zeller, and how they can benefit your business. Track business performance with detailed settlement reporting. ‘Settlement’ is the final and crucial step of the payment process for your business. It involves settling funds from transactions accepted into your nominated account. When you settle into a Zeller Transaction Account , your funds are deposited into your account nightly, 7 days a week, (settlements to third party bank accounts are available the next business day) and a settlement report is made available on your Zeller Dashboard. This month, we’ve added more details to our settlement reports so that you can do a deeper analysis of your business performance. Now, when you open your settlement reports, you’ll see some new fields to help you understand the breakdown of your settlements, and reconcile settlements across multiple locations: Click here to learn more about settlements and how you receive your funds from Zeller. We’ve also improved your settlement report exports. Now, when you export settlement details as an Excel file, you will see a new column: ‘GST portion of processing fees’. This details how much GST you paid (or collected, if you are surcharging) as a portion of each processing fee. This information is also available on your settlement statement, which will help when it comes to making a GST credit claim at tax time. Get more control over team budgets with Zeller Corporate Cards. When managing a project with unforeseen costs it’s not uncommon to use up the set budget while your project is still progressing. With Zeller Corporate Cards , we’ve now made it easier for you to change your budget reset period (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly) and to see when your allocated budget is nearly exhausted. When cardholders log in to their Zeller Dashboard or Zeller App , a message will now appear on the ‘Cards’ screen alerting them when less than 10% of the allocated budget is remaining on their Zeller Corporate Card. Similarly for users with ‘Admin’ access, an alert message will appear next to all the cards whose budget is nearing their limit, prompting admins to either add more funds or speak with their team about capping their spending. Additionally, you can now adjust the reset period for a budget even after you’ve created a Zeller Corporate Card. For example, if you set up a Zeller Corporate Card to be predominantly used as a fuel card with a monthly budget reset, but now you need to use it for a week-long business trip, you can simply adjust the budget reset period from Zeller Dashboard or Zeller App. Navigate to ‘Cards’, click ’Corporate Cards', then under ‘Manage’ select ‘Edit spend control’ and select your new reset frequency and click ‘Save’. You can change this frequency as often as you like! Customise expense reconciliation requirements for your business. We understand that every business is different, which is why flexibility is central to all of our services. This month, we’ve updated Zeller Corporate Cards to allow you to choose what information you require your employees to provide when they are logging expenses. You now have the option of mandating any or all of the following properties: Expense category - such as ‘travel’ or ‘entertainment’ Receipt - acts as proof of purchase to approve the expense Note - staff can reason for the purchase and add any additional information To select your business' reconciliation requirements, navigate to ‘Cards’ within Zeller Dashboard, click ‘Settings’, then ‘Outstanding Expenses’, then select the relevant transaction information you require from your team, then click ‘Save’. For any future or past transactions, admins will now be able to easily identify those that do not have all the relevant information. Simply navigate to any card, apply the ‘Outstanding Expenses’ toggle filter, and the icons in red will help you identify what information still needs to be provided to complete the expense. Send proof of transfer directly to your recipient. Last month, we enhanced our transfer feature by displaying a summary of transfer details after funds are deposited into another bank account. This month, we’ve gone one step further —  by enabling you to send remittance receipts, too. Now, you can send proof of transfer directly to the recipient once the transfer is finalised, via SMS, email, or PDF. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? We take feedback very seriously at Zeller. Every piece of feedback we receive from you is reviewed by our product team and incorporated into their roadmap to ensure that your most-requested features are built quickly. If there’s something you’d like to see, we want to know about it. What's New at Zeller this April

Whether you’re receiving funds, or transferring them, this month, we’ve made it easier for you to see exactly where your money is. Plus hospitality businesses can rejoice with a new POS integration, and updates to Zeller Corporate Cards have made managing expenses even simpler. From increasing transparency within your Zeller Account to partnering with one of the biggest POS providers in the world: our latest updates have been developed thanks to direct feedback from you. Newly added payment and security notifications will help you track the movement of your finances, and the transfer screen in your Zeller Dashboard will now display more information before and after you finalise a transfer. Since the launch of Zeller Corporate Cards in December, thousands of merchants have started managing their business expenses with this easy-to-use solution. This month we launched Corporate Cards in Zeller App and made reconciling your expenses easier. Plus, you can now customise your account names with emojis. Read on for more! 1. Stay notified on payment and security updates. To help you stay abreast of what’s happening in your Zeller Account, we’ve added additional payment updates to the notification centre. You will now be notified via email and push notification about critical transactional activities such as when an invoice has been paid online with Zeller via Zeller Invoices . If you’ve created a Zeller Virtual Terminal payment link for a customer and sent it via email, you will be notified when you've been paid or if there was an issue in delivering it to the recipient. Once notified you can quickly take action to create a new link. To keep your account extra safe, you’ll also be notified of any important security updates such as site PIN changes. Navigate to your notifications centre to find security alerts such as new device logins, modifications to user permissions, password, or contact detail changes, and more. We’ll also be sending you a notification every time we publish a What’s New article to the Zeller Business Blog – so you can stay on top of all our feature updates! 2. Transform your restaurant's payment process with Oracle Simphony POS and Zeller. This month we launched Zeller’s integration with Oracle Simphony POS . With this new integration, restaurateurs can be more efficient than ever and leave manual processes behind. The Oracle Simphony POS partnership comes with some nifty features to uplift convenience to your customers and staff: Transactions can be pushed directly to Zeller Terminal without the need to key in the total. Refunds will be automatically processed back to the original payment card without the customer having to present it again. The refund will also be reflected in Oracle Simphony’s reporting as well as Zeller’s refund transaction record, with the unique transaction ID visible on both reports for streamlined reconciliation. Customers can easily split bills without compromising efficiency at checkout. Split payments are triggered from the Simphony POS system after which they are automatically pushed to Zeller Terminal where customers can pay their share. Read more here. 3. See more information when you transfer funds. Whether you run a market stall or work with tradespeople, making bank transfers is a vital part of paying your staff or suppliers. So, we’ve enhanced our transfer feature to display a summary of the transfer. For example, if you’re making a transfer to your painter after a reno job, you can now view which account you’re making the transfer from, who you’re making the transfer to (including account name and bank details), the amount you’re transferring, a description, and a reference. Once you’ve finalised your transfer, you can view important information such as amount transferred, date and time, which account the transfer was made from, and recipient information. You can screenshot this and send it across to your painter for proof of transfer. Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming features on remittance receipts! 4. Reconcile expenses from Zeller Corporate Cards faster. Using a Zeller Corporate Card across projects, teams, or locations is a great way to keep track of all your expenses. You can stay organised by uploading receipts into transactions for easier reconciliation. You may find a purchase often comes with multiple receipts, for example, if you’re purchasing gift cards for employee of the month, you’ll be given a transaction receipt and a tax invoice. The finance department needs both of these documents to reconcile the purchase. We’ve enabled the ability to upload multiple receipts and provide the finance team with legitimate proof of purchase. 5. Create Zeller Corporate Cards on the go from Zeller App. Creating an expense card just got even easier! You can now issue Zeller Corporate Cards from your smartphone with Zeller App . Whether you’re operating a team of tradespeople on a new build site, or taking your VIP clients out for lunch or coffee, having the ability to manage corporate cards directly from your mobile gives you the flexibility to manage your business while you’re on the go. To add a new corporate card from Zeller App, navigate to cards, click ‘add’ and select ‘create new card’, and select ‘Corporate Card’ under card type. From here, you can assign cards to staff members, choose which transaction account you would like to link the cards to, and choose between virtual or physical cards with 4 colour options. Additionally, you can set  nicknames for cards to keep track and differentiate your spending based on what you’re working on, for example, ‘Melbourne Conference 2024’ or ‘Preston Bakery Expansion Project’. From the app, you can now also set spend controls by automating daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly budget reset periods, and assign maximum transaction limits. 6. Differentiate your accounts with emojis. Give your projects and accounts some personality, by adding an emoji to the account name to easily differentiate between what you’re currently working on and what you’re saving for. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? At Zeller, we take feedback very seriously. Since the release of  Tap to Pay on iPhone  in October last year, thousands of businesses have adopted this new, mobile payment solution. This month, we were thrilled to launch  Tap to Pay on Android . Compatible with Android 10 devices (or later versions using NFC technology), this exciting solution gives even more businesses an affordable, convenient alternative for accepting contactless payments, with no other hardware required. Powered by Zeller’s industry-leading smartphone app, Tap to Pay turns your phone into an EFTPOS machine and incorporates many of the features available on  Zeller Terminal , including tipping, surcharging, transaction notes, digital receipts, sales tracking and more. If you already have a Zeller Account, the set-up process is straightforward – simply download  Zeller App , log in, and configure Tap to Pay on your mobile device. Once set up, customers can tap their credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or digital wallet to your phone, and/or enter their card PIN number. Tap to Pay incurs a 1.4% flat fee per transaction, for all card types – including American Express, and includes the option to pass on the fee through surcharging. Whether you are looking for a back-up option, run a mobile operation, are just starting your business, or simply don’t want to buy an EFTPOS machine – Tap to Pay can have you taking payments in a matter of minutes. 2. Connect Zeller Terminal to your local area network with Ethernet. For larger venues or those using  integrated EFTPOS , sometimes their Wi-Fi just isn’t adequate for maintaining fast, reliable connectivity. In these instances, a hardwired connection is required. To ensure you never miss a sale, we have designed a dock to support Ethernet connectivity with  Zeller Terminal . The dock is simple to set up: sit Zeller Terminal inside the dock, plug your ethernet cable into the dock, and the terminal will automatically connect via Ethernet. To request an Ethernet dock for your business, please contact  Zeller Support . 3. Manage users and view notifications on Zeller App. This month we’ve uplifted  Zeller App  to give you more ways to manage your business on the go. Now, additional users on your Zeller Account can be added, managed or deleted via the Zeller App. Whether you need to add users to different sites, remove a user altogether, or adjust their roles (which determines their level of access to your Zeller Account) – everything can be done simply, and quickly from your mobile device. Additionally, we’ve added your Notification centre to Zeller App. Now, you can view a list of all your Zeller Account notifications – from security alerts such as new device logins, modifications to user permissions, password or contact detail changes, and more. We’ll also be sending you a notification every time we publish a What’s New article to the Zeller Business Blog – so you’ll never miss a feature update! 4. Follow up unsettled payments faster on Virtual Terminal. To help you chase up unpaid balances sent through  Zeller Virtual Terminal , we’ve added a quick link to copy the payment URL to your clipboard so that you can re-share it with your customer via their preferred channel. Simply navigate to the transaction you’d like to follow up on from the ‘History’ list within the Virtual Terminal tab on Zeller Dashboard, click on ‘Copy Link’ from the bottom of the right-hand side panel, and share it in whatever platform you are communicating on – be it email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. 5. Get the full picture of your finances – fees included. At Zeller, we don’t endorse hidden fees: it’s why we make all our pricing clear and simple. In this vein, we have made it even easier to understand how much you are paying in fees for a total period in the Reports & Overview page of your Zeller Dashboard. Now, when you log in, you will be able to view what you have paid in fees in relation to your total sales, tips and surcharges. This allows you to get a clearer picture of your net sales total, after your Zeller fees have been taken out. Not only is this helpful to ensure your cash flow reporting is accurate, but it may also help inform your decision to pass on your transaction fees or not through  surcharging . Simply sign into your Zeller Dashboard to access your performance report in the Overview tab. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? At Zeller, we take feedback very seriously. Each piece of feedback we receive from you is reviewed by our product team and incorporated into their roadmap to ensure the most-requested features are built quickly. If there’s something you want to see in your Zeller Account, we want to know about it. What’s New at Zeller this December

This month, we’ve bolstered the Zeller toolkit with functionality that will allow you to customise your EFTPOS terminal, manage team expenses, keep your account even more secure, and grow your savings faster. To finish out the year, the Zeller team has been hard at work sharpening some of the tools you know and love, as well as adding two new features to your kit. For those taking payments on  Zeller Terminal , you can now give your machine a branded glow up, with the custom screensaver functionality. On Zeller Dashboard you’ll notice a new notifications centre where security and activity alerts will help you stay across everything that’s happening in your account. And if managing expenses is giving your finance team a headache, consider  Zeller Corporate Cards  an early Christmas gift from us. Finally, it’s time to let go of your outdated business bank once and for all, thanks to the all new  Zeller Savings Account , where you’ll grow your funds faster than with a big-4. Read on to discover how your business can harness the latest enhancements from Zeller. Boost your brand with a custom screensaver on Zeller Terminal. Even when Zeller Terminal goes to sleep, it keeps working for your business. Thanks to this new update, you can now set a custom screensaver that will appear on your terminal screen when it’s not in use. The large digital screen is the perfect place to engage customers with your brand while they wait for you to scan their items or pull up their order on your point-of-sale. The screen is a blank canvas, so you can be as creative as you want: add a QR code to send people to your newsletter, promote a new product or upcoming event, or simply reiterate your brand identity with a bold logo. To upload a custom screensaver: Open the Zeller Dashboard and navigate to Sites Locate and click the site to see its settings Click the Appearance tab Upload your logo Select a background colour (Zeller will automatically recommend some colours based on your logo) Click Save All Zeller Terminals within the site will display the image when in sleep mode Stay in control of employee and project-related expenses with Zeller Corporate Cards. A round of coffees for clients, a flight to check out a potential new business location, a grocery order for the office, a software subscription… business expenses add up quickly, and if you’re not staying on top of them, they can hurt your bottom line. That’s why we’ve introduced Zeller Corporate Cards . These payment cards are specifically designed for employees or teams to be able to pay for business expenses, within predetermined transaction limits and budgets that automatically reset daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly. Doing away with manual, time-consuming reimbursements, Zeller Corporate Cards instead allow employees to upload receipts against their transactions, saving business owners, CFOs or finance teams hours of work (and headaches) when it comes time to reconcile expenses. Zeller Corporate Cards can be created instantly via the Zeller Dashboard. Simply follow the prompts to create a new Corporate Card, assign the card to an employee, set the spend limits and choose your card colour. Your card can then be added to your employee’s mobile wallet or a physical card can be ordered. Grow your account balance with a 2% p.a variable interest rate with Zeller Savings Account. In today's challenging economy, every dollar saved counts. But despite the multiple interest rate hikes we’ve experienced in Australia, many of the big-4 banks have kept the interest rates on savings accounts on hold — or in many cases, even reduced them. Our all-new Zeller Savings Account is just another way we’re challenging the status quo, and offering small businesses the support they’re not getting elsewhere. The Zeller Savings Account offers a special 2% p.a. introductory rate for the first 60 days, then a competitive 1.4% p.a. standard variable rate thereafter. With no paperwork or need to visit a bank branch, you can create your savings account within a matter of minutes. Plus, there is no minimum balance requirement, making Zeller Savings Account accessible for businesses of all sizes. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your coffee machine, give your shop a new fit out, or purchase a new delivery vehicle, a savings account will help get you there, faster than with a big-4 bank. Reduce your risk of fraud with security alerts. At Zeller, we understand that ensuring your account security is critical. Our platform already exceeds the strictest industry standards, but we are constantly making improvements to reduce the risk of unauthorised activity within your account. This month, we’ve introduced a notifications centre into the dashboard where you will receive security alerts in real time when the following activities take place: An email address is changed A phone number is changed A password is changed A new user is created as an Admin An existing manager is upgraded to an Admin An Admin user is removed A Manager is removed An unauthorised login has occurred A login has occurred on a new device A transaction is approved on a Zeller Debit Card or Zeller Corporate Card Being alerted to the above activities gives you complete transparency over your Zeller account, and will allow you to react promptly in the event that account changes or Zeller Debit Card or Zeller Corporate Card transactions were not initiated by you or a trusted administrator. When any of the above activities take place, you will be notified via email and the Zeller Dashboard, as well as via a push notification if you have the Zeller App installed on your phone. You can choose which notifications you receive and how you receive them through Notifications preferences on your Zeller Dashboard. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? What’s New at Zeller this November

This month we’ve launched four new tools to give businesses even more flexibility around payments: accepting them, making them and splitting them. We understand that every business is different, which is why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to managing business finances. Instead, we’re providing the tools for businesses to pick and choose what works best for them. For those needing to take payments without the investment of an EFTPOS machine, we’ve just launched  Tap to Pay on iPhone  and  Virtual Terminal : two robust solutions that enable businesses to turn their iPhone or computer into a payment terminal. We’ve bolstered  Zeller Transaction Account  with the ability to pay bills via BPAY, and on  Zeller Terminal , we’ve added functionality to split payments by number of people or by custom values. Read on to learn more about the new ways to tailor-make your payment solution with Zeller. Get bills paid quickly and securely with BPAY. Zeller Transaction account just got even better thanks to our latest update that lets you pay bills with BPAY. This easy and secure way to manage and pay bills online is just another reason why settling money into your Zeller Transaction Account just makes sense. To keep track of how much you’re spending with any given supplier or service provider you can assign each BPAY payment to a contact, giving you a clear overview of your expenses over time. Plus, if you use Xero for your bookkeeping, connect Zeller with Xero Bank Feeds to make reconciling your bills a breeze. The best part? Unlike many banks and other financial institutions, BPAY with Zeller is entirely free to use. Learn how to make a BPAY payment here . Take the guesswork out of group purchases with Split Payments. Hospitality businesses rejoice: never again will you need to grimace at the sound of “ Can we split the bill? ” Zeller’s new Split Payments feature allows you to split group costs simply, either by number of people or by a custom amount. Not only is this more convenient for everyone involved, but being able to easily split a payment also increases security for your business. In the instance where a customer doesn’t have sufficient funds on one single payment method, dividing the purchase allows them to use a combination of credit cards or digital wallets to pay the total. Additionally, this new feature also has the potential to greatly increase tips: rather than leaving the tipping decision to one customer, each individual is given the option of leaving a tip as they pay their share. Learn how to enable Split Payments on Zeller Terminal here . Take contactless payments on your iPhone with Zeller App. You already used Zeller App to manage your accounts and cards and to track sales and expenses, now you can also use it to take payments. With Tap to Pay on iPhone, customers can simply tap their credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or digital wallet to your iPhone, and/or enter their card PIN number, just like they would do on a regular EFTPOS machine. Whether you’re a sole trader or a fast-paced business looking for a flexible back-up option, Tap to Pay on iPhone is a reliable solution that can be set up in minutes with no paperwork, and no need to visit a branch. All you need is to sign up for a free Zeller Account, download the free Zeller App, and follow the prompts. You’ll only ever pay one low, flat fee of 1.4% per transaction, which you can choose to pass onto your customer through surcharging. Currently, the feature is available to all users with an iPhone XS or later, using iOS 16.4 or later. Learn how to set up Tap to Pay on iPhone here . Process card payments remotely and instantly with Zeller Virtual Terminal. Taking payments remotely just got a whole lot easier and faster. For businesses without a physical shopfront or new businesses that can’t yet justify the expense of an EFTPOS machine, Zeller Virtual Terminal will come as a welcome payment alternative. This simple solution allows you to instantly process payments either over the phone by manually entering a customer’s card details or by sending them a secure payment link. Zeller Virtual Terminal is accessed from the Dashboard, and anyone who has a free Zeller Account can access the service via their preferred device – a computer, smartphone or tablet. Each transaction incurs a 1.75% + 25 c fee, which can be passed onto the customer through surcharging. Learn how to process a Virtual Terminal payment here . What’s New at Zeller this August

What can be sent in a text, scheduled in the future and comes in three new, customisable templates? Zeller Invoices. Plus, new functionality to control access to refunds and sales reports; and improved Xero Bank Feeds integration. We record every piece of feedback we receive, and we make sure to prioritise the updates that have the most impact. This month, we're happy to announce we've rolled out six new highly-requested features that will make managing your business and your finances even easier. We've given you more control over how you access refunds and reporting; added new customisation options to help you keep your invoices on-brand; and launched scheduling and SMS functionality that will make sure your clients receive your invoices when and where they want them. Finally, we've made some big improvements to our Xero Bank Feeds integration that will shave some time off your end-of-month reconciliation. Read on to learn how to harness this new functionality in your business. Control who can process refunds with a security PIN. Safeguarding the refund process from misuse is an important security concern for retail businesses, and we’ve just made it more robust, thanks to a refund PIN. This highly-requested feature minimises the potential misuse of refunds, by allowing business owners to delegate the responsibility through giving the PIN number only to trusted or senior staff members. Controlling who has the power to process a refund makes the process more accountable, especially as your business grows. What’s more, with fewer individuals having access to the refund functionality, there's a reduced likelihood of erroneous refunds or accidental transactions. Save time with quicker access to reports on Zeller Terminal. When you’re busy on the floor, we understand that having to log in to check your sales information isn’t always practical. That’s why we’ve added a new feature that lets you restrict or grant access to sales reports on Zeller Terminal without the need to log in with a username and password. Via the Zeller Dashboard, business owners and managers can toggle on or off the ‘Restrict Report Access’ functionality. When toggled off, anyone can print a sales report directly from Zeller Terminal, no login required. What’s more, by removing the need to provide employees Zeller login details, you also remove their access to more sensitive data such as settlement information. To change the status of the ‘Restrict Report Access’ feature visit the ‘Sites’ settings, found under the ‘Payments’ tab on the Zeller Dashboard. Get paid faster by sending your invoice as an SMS. We’ve released an exciting new feature that puts your invoices where your clients will see them: in a text message. When creating your invoice in the Zeller Dashboard, you will have the option to ‘Send Via SMS’. Switch this feature on, select a contact or enter a new phone number, and your client will automatically receive a text message from Zeller notifying them of the amount to be paid and with a link directly to pay your invoice. Keep your invoices on-brand with advanced customisation. Zeller Invoices now offers you even more flexibility. We’ve added more customisation options that let you choose from different templates, modify colours to suit your branding, add default messages, or stipulate terms and conditions — all while giving you a live preview as you work. Get ahead of upcoming payments with invoice scheduling. It’s now possible to prepare and pre-date your invoices and have them triggered to go out whenever you choose. Creating your invoices in advance and scheduling their send date allows you to manage your workflow and reduce an end-of-month rush. Each scheduled invoice will be sent out at 9am on the day of your choosing. Reconciliation just got easier: contacts and transaction types now included in Xero Bank Feeds. We’ve heard your feedback, and we’ve made two new important updates to streamline your Zeller Account reconciliation with Xero Bank Feeds. The “Payee Name” from your transactions will now be sent from Zeller and will appear automatically in the “Contact” field of your Xero reconciliation. This means you no longer need to cross-reference your transactions to add contact information in. We've improved the existing transaction types to help you differentiate the different types of transactions coming through from Zeller. This will help you set up Xero automation rules for regular transactions to help make your reconciliation even easier and faster. If you currently use Xero's bank rule automations via Zeller's Bank Feeds Integration , please ensure you have your rules updated to the new transaction types. Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? What’s New at Zeller this July

Connect Zeller Terminal with over 600 point-of-sale (POS) platforms, download your Transaction Account statement, plus two new features to keep your Zeller Account safe. At Zeller, we love feedback. That’s why every month you’ll see us rolling out updates and feature enhancements that help you, business owners, stay on top of your finances. This month, we’re very excited to announce that we’ve made it even easier to connect your tools, with hundreds of new point-of-sale platforms now compatible with our integrated EFTPOS . Plus, to make tax return time run a little smoother, we’ve made your financial statements easily accessible on the Zeller App and Dashboard. Read on to learn more about these updates as well as a few more useful features we’ve introduced this July. Integrate Zeller Terminal with your point-of-sale today, with over 100 new supported connections For business owners using a point-of-sale system, having integrated EFTPOS is a huge time-saving, error-avoiding advantage. This month, we’ve expanded our list of compatible POS platforms to include over 600 providers, including Zii, Abacus and Lightspeed Retail (X-Series). Whether you’re using a cloud-based software or an on-premise solution , you can now pair your Zeller Terminal to your POS in minutes. What does this mean for your business? Rather than manually entering the price of a purchase directly on the Terminal keypad, the details of the sale can be pushed from your POS register to the terminal, and will appear automatically on-screen, saving time and reducing human error. Reconciling sales is infinitely easier as all the details of the purchase are synced to the payment data received on the Terminal and sent to your POS system. Stock levels can be kept accurate and up-to-the-minute. The Zeller Terminal screen can be customised to show your business logo or custom text. The POS register name can be displayed on the Terminal, helping your staff quickly identify which Terminal belongs to which POS register. In addition, we’ve also made this self-service — so that connecting your tools is as simple as locating your POS system from the list on your Zeller Terminal, choosing what customisations you’d like to appear on your screen, and following the instructions to finalise pairing. That’s it! Keen to get started? See our full list of supported POS systems or visit our Support Centre to find detailed instructions on pairing your on-premise or cloud-based POS. Prepare your tax return by downloading your Zeller Transaction Account statement with a click Whether you’re preparing your tax return, applying for a grant or business loan, or working with an accountant, there’s many situations where you will need to provide written evidence of your business finances. Merchants using Zeller Transaction Account are able to export an official statement detailing their current cash position and any transactions made in their account for the previous month or quarter. An interim statement will also be available for any month-to-date requirements. The statement will be presented in a clear, user-friendly format that makes understanding and interpreting your financial data a breeze. Enhanced security for your Zeller Account Security is a paramount concern at Zeller, which is why we’re hyper vigilant when it comes to fraudulent transactions. We’ve just added another two layers of security to your Zeller Account: Daily maximum limits Daily maximum limits have been introduced to control the amount in transfers and card transactions you can make in a single day. This new feature offers added protection in the event of an account becoming compromised. The limit applies to all Zeller Debit Cards and Transaction Accounts linked to your main account, and will be set at a default of $150,000 which will renew each day at 12AM AEST. If you would like to raise or lower this limit, simply get in touch with our Zeller Customer Support team. Multi-factor authentication From now on, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity with an SMS to your phone number when we recognise that you are logging into your Zeller Account with a new device. This additional layer of verification helps to keep your business data and finances protected. You’ll need to ensure the phone number connected to your Zeller Account is  up to date , and every person who uses your Zeller Account has their own user profile  set up . Keen to see a feature that’s not currently available? Help shape the Zeller experience by sending your ideas or requests to feedback@myzeller.com and a member of our team will be in touch with you soon. What’s New at Zeller this May

A game-changing update for hospitality, plus three new features to help streamline your finances. At Zeller, we’re constantly looking to improve and enhance your experience. Thanks to the feedback we receive from our merchants, we regularly make product updates and enhancements that save you time and help you manage your business finances simply and more affordably. This month, we’ve got some very exciting updates to share with you including Pay at Table — a feature that will revolutionise the dining experience — as well as some new features to the Zeller Dashboard that give you even more visibility and control over your finances. Read on to find out how these changes will benefit your business. Send Invoices Faster with Item Management Generating invoices with Zeller is now quicker and easier than ever. We now let you create and manage an item library so that you can quickly and easily add products to all of your future invoices. This is especially useful if your business offers many products or services, or if you are switching from another invoicing provider. A list can be imported directly into Zeller’s Item Management system, saving you from manually entering the data and ensuring nothing gets missed. Similarly, as you grow your business with Zeller and add more items to your library, you can export them in a simple click, giving you a clear overview of all your products or services and their pricing. Being able to export and reimport also means you can update your items en masse rather than one by one. Managing your item library is easy: you can categorise, colour code, edit and delete items, as well as modify the pricing and add descriptions or SKU codes. Having pre-saved items means spelling, formatting, pricing and GST is kept consistent, which not only keeps your invoices tidy and professional, but also avoids potentially costly errors for your business. If you sell a variety of products or services, not all of which are subject to GST, this can be toggled on and off at the item level, simplifying costing and ensuring your GST compliance is always accurate. Learn how to create your first item , create categories , manage your GST settings , or import items in the Zeller Support Centre. Loving Zeller Invoices? Share your feedback here! Settle the Bill Tableside with Pay at Table: A Feature Custom Designed for Hospitality Pay at Table is a revolutionary new feature custom designed for hospitality. This functionality streamlines payment processing for restaurants and cafes by wirelessly integrating the point-of-sale software with the Zeller EFTPOS Terminal. Staff members can pick up any Terminal, view the open tables, see the total outstanding bills and take payments — all without having to interact with their point-of-sale. The status of a table is updated in real time and synced across all machines, reducing human error and optimising the whole operation. For customers, Pay at Table offers a much smoother checkout experience, doing away with long wait times or having to send your credit card away with a waiter to make a payment. Equally for merchants, this new feature is a game changer. Being able to close a table independently of the POS machine means that the latter isn’t blocked by taking payments, it can instead be used to open and manage tables. Naturally, this reduces the amount of time staff have to navigate through the venue, eliminating queues, and turning tables over more quickly. Staff are freed up to process orders faster, leading to improved service and ultimately, higher sales. Currently, Pay at Table is launching exclusively with H&L POS, and can be installed on your Zeller Terminals with the help of our Sales Team. If you’re interested in the feature, but not currently using H&L POS, let us know and we’ll be sure to contact you when Pay at Table is available with your POS! Assign Contacts to Incoming Transfers Quickly understand where your money is coming from with our new feature that lets you assign contacts to incoming transfers. Zeller will recognise and associate all future transfers from that same bank account to your assigned contact so you can easily identify your regular clients. Up until now, contacts could be assigned to outgoing transfers and card transactions, but this new update now gives you the full picture of what’s coming in and going out of your Zeller Transaction Account. This functionality also lets you view the full list of transactions made with each individual contact from within the Contacts tab on Zeller Dashboard. To assign a contact, simply click on the funds transfer you've just received. Under the "Contacts" tab, select "Link" and either connect this transaction to an existing contact, or create a new one. To unlink, simply re-enter any of the transactions associated with that contact, and select “Unlink”. Export your Zeller Account Transactions to CSV or XLSX. You could already export a transaction list from your Zeller EFTPOS Terminal, and now you can complete the picture by also exporting the history of your Zeller Transaction Account. Here, you’ll see an overview of all your settlements (from invoices or terminal payments), incoming and outgoing transfers, and Zeller Debit Card spending. Exporting this information into XLS or CSV means you can pass it on to your accountant or bookkeeper come tax time, or import it into your accounting software, such as MYOB or Quickbooks Online. This feature is particularly helpful if you’ve been using Zeller Transaction Account and choose to start using Xero Bank Feeds, as you can now export and upload all the transactions that took place prior to connecting your Xero and Zeller accounts, so nothing is missing. To export your transactions, simply head into a specific Account, Card or All Transactions view. Click on the 🔍 icon on the top right hand corner, apply a date range along with any other filter if you need to, then select "Export". You'll be able to choose either a .CSV or .XLS format to export your transactions. What’s coming soon to Zeller. Our teams are constantly building out new features based on the feedback we receive from you. Help shape the Zeller experience by sending your ideas or requests to feedback@myzeller.com and a member of our team will be in touch with you soon. Here’s a glimpse of what’s in the pipeline… Align your invoices to your brand with advanced customisation: we’re working on new updates to invoice customisation that will let you choose from different templates and colours, add default messages, or stipulate terms and conditions — all while giving you a live preview as you work. Enhance the dining experience with Split Payments : soon, you will be able to split a bill on the Zeller Terminal either by the number of people or by a custom amount. This update will offer customers greater control over their payment process and eliminate the manual calculation of “who owes what”. Control who can process refunds with a unique PIN : we will be providing added security to business owners by allowing them to choose a unique PIN that must be entered on the Zeller Terminal in order to process a refund. What’s New at Zeller this March

Discover all the latest updates in your Zeller Account. At Zeller, we’re constantly looking to improve and enhance your experience. Thanks to the feedback we receive from our merchants, we regularly make product updates and enhancements that save you time and help you manage your business finances simply and more affordably. This month, we’ve been busy launching an exciting new integration with Xero Invoices , as well as adding some new features to Zeller Dashboard. Read on to find out how these changes will benefit your business. A real-time snapshot of your cash flow in the Finance Overview tab. We understand that your time is precious. This is why we’ve created a real-time, single-page view on the Zeller Dashboard that gives you insight into your business cash flow, at a glance. This new “Finance” tab sits within the Overview page of your Zeller Dashboard, and is available on both desktop and the Zeller App . To keep your data secure, this view is also only accessible to users with Admin-level access. The Finance view is divided into four key sections: Total Available Balance graphs your end-of-day balance over the last 90 days and offers you an insightful visualisation of your business cash position. Seeing the net balance of your funds over time allows you to quickly identify spending patterns and make informed business decisions: from rostering to inventory orders or when to push marketing. Your Accounts shows you your cash breakdown across your Zeller Transaction Accounts . Click to access each of your accounts or use the “Transfer” shortcut to transfer funds between accounts or to external recipients. Your Cards offers a shortcut to the business Debit Cards that are assigned to you. While the Cards section of your Dashboard displays all the Zeller Debit Cards owned by your business, this new view lets you quickly access just those that you are using. Latest Transactions gives you a quick overview of your ten most recent transactions across your Zeller Transaction Account and Zeller Debit Card. Click here to log in to your Zeller Account and see the new Finance Overview tab. Accept payments for Xero Invoices with Zeller. For our merchants using Xero accounting software, life just got easier. Our latest integration with this platform enables you to accept payments for Xero invoices with Zeller — with more affordable transaction fees for all card types (including American Express), and faster settlement speeds to ensure your money hits your account as soon as you need it. Funds accepted can then be settled directly into your Zeller Transaction Account nightly, 365 days a year, or next business day into any 3rd party bank account.  By adding Zeller as a payment processor for your Xero invoices, your customers simply need to press “Pay Now” to settle the balance. Connecting your Zeller and Xero accounts gets you paid faster and streamlines your bookkeeping. Click here to learn more about the features of this new integration. Filter by invoice in your payments overview. For businesses that collect funds via Zeller Terminal and Zeller or Xero Invoices, we’ve added a new filter so that you can toggle between these two payment channels to see how you’re tracking each one. On the Payments tab within the Overview page of the Zeller Dashboard, you can now apply the “Invoice” filter to the Latest Payments list or to the Performance view, which lets you see how your invoice payments are tracking compared to last month or to the same day last week. Custom notes are now included in your transaction export. Adding a custom note at the point of sale on the Zeller Terminal or from your Dashboard can give important context to certain transactions: from the reason for a refund to customer contact details, order reference number or product collection date. These notes are now included when your transaction history is exported as a CSV or XLS file from the Payments tab. So, however, you use your transaction data, cross-referencing the details is now easier than before. Append internal notes to Zeller Invoices to keep track of important details. Whether you’re sending one of a multi-part invoice or need to add specific details about a discount or an extended payment window, annexing notes to your invoices sent with Zeller can help you stay organised and prevent internal confusion. After you have created an invoice, you can now add additional information in “Invoice Notes” accessible by selecting the relevant invoice from the list and scrolling to the bottom of the view. If any changes or updates are made to an invoice, here is a great place to note them for future reference. Help us shape your Zeller experience. If there is any functionality you want to see across your Zeller products that would help make your work easier, we want to hear about it. If your business trades past midnight, this enhancement will make end-of-day reconciliation a much easier task for even the most junior members of staff. Simply instruct your team to set the filter parameters on Zeller Terminal to reflect your business’ trading hours by setting the hours and minutes on the clock face on either the Transactions, Terminal or Site Reports screen, and reconcile the total amount transacted with your point-of-sale. By default, transaction reports will continue to be generated for the 24 hour period of any given day. Read more about filtering transactions by time here . This sound is easily distinguishable from the new tone emitted when a transaction is successful. When you’re serving customers in a busy or noisy environment, these new sounds will help your team to quickly identify the status of every transaction. If a customer’s payment is declined, the declined tone will be emitted and the reason for the failed transaction will appear on the terminal screen. This enables staff to quickly identify the issue and invite the customer to progress the sale another way. Here’s a wrap-up to ensure you’re getting the benefit of the latest features and tools available in your Zeller Dashboard and on your Zeller Terminal . 1. More opportunity to customise your receipts Most customers like to pocket a receipt after making a purchase — especially for larger-value purchases. Why not use it to your advantage? Your business’s receipt is another opportunity to reinforce your brand and remind customers of their interaction with your business, as well as communicate important customer information (such as your returns policy). The more information you include, the better for your business. The latest Zeller enhancements include even more receipt customisation options, including the ability to add social media icons to your printed receipts, and social media links to your digital receipts. Adding your business’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter handles makes it easier for you to grow your following, and for customers to keep up to date with what’s going on at your business. You can customise your Zeller receipts from both Zeller Terminal and Zeller Dashboard by following the steps below. From the Sites tab, select a Site to update its Terminal settings. Navigate to the Receipt tab. From here, you have the option to toggle on Always print store copy, Print company logo, Print social media links, and Print notes. Click Save. You can now: download a list of transactions processed through Zeller Terminal, and download a list of settlements made to your Zeller Transaction Account, or any external third party bank account. We know every merchant runs their business in their own unique way, so you have the option to download these histories as a CSV, PDF or Excel (XLS) file — whatever works for your business. You have the option to filter by the Zeller Terminal through which the transactions were processed,  status of the transaction, date range, and transaction amount. Powered by Optus, which covers 98.5% of the population of Australia, Zeller SIM Card is a reliable solution for any business that wants to be able to transact even when faced with poor internet connectivity and service disruptions. Previously, you needed to remember to log in to Zeller Dashboard and pay your monthly SIM Card fee. With this update, Zeller SIM Card is now paid via a subscription model. For those businesses that use Zeller SIM Card, the monthly fee of $15 will be deducted from your nominated Zeller Transaction Account , or any external third party bank account. This change is automatic and applies to all Zeller merchants with a Zeller SIM Card from 1 December 2021. If a payment is missed for any reason, you will immediately be advised and prompted to make a payment so that you can continue to operate your Zeller Terminal using Zeller SIM Card with the least amount of disruption to your business. Visit the Zeller Shop to purchase yours today, or read more about the benefits of Zeller SIM Card on the blog. 4. Identify why a transaction was declined or cancelled A customer’s card may be declined for any number of reasons. When that happens, your goal is simple: try to progress the transaction and make the sale. A few months ago, we developed functionality that enables you (and your staff) to view the reason for a declined transaction on both Zeller Terminal and Zeller Dashboard. Now, it’s even easier to identify the issue and quickly loop the customer in. When a customer’s payment is declined, the reason for the decline will now automatically appear on Zeller Terminal — no need to navigate to another screen. What’s New at Zeller This August

Discover the latest features and tools we've delivered. We’re always on the lookout for ways to build even more power into the Zeller platform, and keep the financial side of your business as simple as possible. In the last few weeks, we’ve developed new functionality that enables you to: better understand your declined transactions quickly order new Zeller Mastercards online generate Fee and Settlement Statements and much more. Here’s a wrap-up to ensure you’re getting the benefit of the latest features and tools we’ve delivered. Quickly identify why a transaction was declined As a merchant, you work hard to attract and retain customers — so when they decide to transact with you, it’s frustrating to have that payment be declined. Unfortunately, it’s something you’ll likely experience at one point or another — for reasons outside of your control. A payment might be declined for any number of reasons. The customer may have exceeded their credit limit, or they may be using a foreign credit card without first advising their bank of their travel plans, for example. If the customer has made an unusually large purchase recently, their card might have been blocked by the card issuer for security reasons. When a customer’s payment is declined, it can be difficult to know how to respond. This latest update takes the guesswork out of the equation. In the event a payment is declined: Exit the payment transaction flow and tap Transactions. Tap the declined transaction. Read the reason for the declined payment, highlighted in red. You can now easily explain the issue to your customer and attempt to rectify the issue. You’re also able to see in Zeller Dashboard the reason why a transaction was declined. Your customer may simply need to try another card, or quickly transfer funds onto their card via mobile internet banking. Or, they may need to contact their bank. The point is, armed with knowledge of the reason for the declined payment, you are able to attempt to progress the transaction and make the sale. Order additional Zeller Mastercards Every Zeller Kit comes with a free Zeller Mastercard, which you can use to spend the funds accepted via Zeller Terminal and settled nightly to your Zeller Transaction Account. You have the option to link multiple Zeller Mastercards to one Zeller Transaction Account — or set up multiple Zeller Transaction Accounts, and link one Mastercard to each account. These options are especially handy for those merchants with business partners, or senior staff members who regularly make purchases on behalf of the business. With this update, you now have the option to order additional Zeller Mastercards directly from Zeller Dashboard — at your leisure. Ordering a new card is quick and simple — follow the steps below. Open the Cards page, select Order new Zeller Card and click Next. Follow the prompts to select your colour of choice: black, or white. Confirm your delivery address, and click Next . Double-check all details are displayed correctly on-screen, then click Next to place your order. Once your new card arrives, activate it by linking it to one of your Zeller Transaction Accounts. Open the Cards page, click Add Card and choose the Zeller Transaction Account you want to link the new card to. Click Next. Enter the 9 digit code on the top right corner of the back of your new card, and click Next one more time — your card will be linked. All that’s left to do now is set up your new PIN. For more information on setting up your Zeller Mastercard, visit the Support Centre . Whenever Zeller Mastercard is used, you’ll see the transaction details in your Zeller Dashboard — enabling you to quickly spot who’s spent what, as well as when and where they spent it. Accept MOTO Payments Mail Order, Telephone Order transactions (also known as MOTO ) can now be processed through Zeller Terminal, enabling you to grow your business by offering customers the ability to pay for your goods or services remotely. It’s as simple as tapping the MOTO button. Unlike traditional transactions — where both the customer and their card are physically present at your place of business — MOTO payments can occur anywhere. Your ability to accept payment isn’t contingent upon having a physical shopfront, or even a website or online store. Importantly, MOTO functionality also enables you to continue transacting during a lockdown. Read more about Zeller’s MOTO functionality, including how to set up MOTO payments with Zeller Terminal, on the blog . Generate Fee and Settlement Statements As a merchant, you have an obligation to report your transaction fees to the Australian Taxation Office. To assist with this, you can now quickly generate a one-page Settlement Statement that sets out the fees you have paid over a particular period. This document can also be used to support your claim for GST credits (if applicable). At a glance, your Zeller Settlement Statement shows: the total amount collected your processing fees (both including and excluding GST) GST paid for any particular period. Zeller Settlement Statements are highly customisable; you have the option to generate a statement for a particular quarter, the current or preceding month, or a particular time period. Follow the below steps to generate your first settlement statement. From the Dashboard, click Payments and then navigate to the Settlements page_._ Click Statements , and select a Site from the drop-down menu. determine the time period you would like the statement to cover and click the download icon. Your Settlement Statement will be generated as a PDF — save it to your desktop, or print it out. Remember Sites are the physical or logical locations of your businesses — outlets, branches, mobile stores, or any other grouping of business activity you would like to classify. You can generate a Fee and Settlement Statement for every Site. More information about Zeller’s settlement statements is available in the Support Centre . See transactions and settlements happen in real-time Visibility of your incomings and outgoings is critical. Having the ability to see where and when money is flowing in and out of your business allows you to identify, at a glance, how business is tracking and quickly spot any anomalies. This is what the Transactions and Settlements pages within Zeller Dashboard are for. Previously, you’ve needed to manually refresh these pages to see the latest records as they are processed. Our engineers have worked their magic and automated the process, removing the unnecessary click so that new transaction and settlement records appear in real-time. It’s an added level of convenience for your business. If you have any questions, reach out on Facebook or call our Support team on 1800 935 537. What’s New at Zeller This July

Discover the latest features and tools we've delivered. It’s been a busy few weeks at Zeller HQ. We’re constantly developing tools to help you run your business, whether you’re just starting out or scaling up. To make sure you’re getting the most of your Zeller, here’s a rundown of what’s new. Improved payment experience for your customers The payment experience is just one part of the entire encounter a customer has with your business, but taking payment is often the last step in any business dealing – so it needs to be a positive, straightforward exchange. For this reason, the payment screens are arguably the most important screens in Zeller Terminal; these are the screens your customers will see when paying for your goods or services. So, our talented team of designers has whipped up an eyecatching new payment flow. Your customers will be prompted to tap their card, phone, smartwatch or other NFC enabled device to the top of Zeller Terminal, then wait for the processing screen to quickly change from Processing to Approved . After a slick transition to the green Approved screen, you can tap to print the receipt or send it electronically (via SMS or email), and send your customers on their way. Zeller SIM Card You can now add a Zeller SIM Card to your Zeller Terminal, enabling your business to be mobile without relying on WiFi or a personal hotspot. Zeller SIM Card is powered by Optus, so you can rest easy knowing 98.5% of the population of Australia is covered. For just $15 a month, Zeller SIM Card comes with unlimited data. Use it as your terminal's primary method of internet connectivity, or you connect via your WiFi and use it as backup in the event of an internet service interruption. Visit the Zeller Shop  to purchase yours today, or read more about the benefits of Zeller SIM Card on the blog. New Terminals page on your Zeller dashboard Many Zeller merchants run multi-location businesses, which means multiple Zeller Terminals. We’ve built a new page in the Zeller Dashboard, Terminals, to enable you to quickly find and locate terminals across your business. It’s an extra level of visibility, for your convenience. Navigate to the new Terminals page by expanding Payments, then clicking Terminal . From here, you’ll see a list of all Zeller Terminals attached to your account, organised by site. Click to find out more information about each terminal, such as Wi-Fi and SIM card, reassign the terminal and quickly access the site settings. Minimum and maximum transaction values Zeller Terminals now have a minimum and maximum transaction value. The smallest transaction you can process through Zeller Terminal is now $1.00. You won’t be able to process any transaction where the total value (including a tip) is above $25,000. This update reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions, and also minimises the chances of a member of staff accidentally processing a transaction with a few extra zeros. If your business processes individual transactions over the $25,000 limit, please contact our local Support team on 1800 935 537. Improved visibility of transactions Visibility is key. You need visibility over the transactions processed through your Zeller Terminal, Zeller Transaction Account and Zeller Mastercard in order to track and understand how your business is spending and receiving money. This is especially important if you are not the sole person responsible for your business’s finances. Perhaps you have a business partner, or have entrusted a member of staff with your business Mastercard. You’re now able to click any transaction, and see details of every: transaction made using Zeller Mastercard settlements in to and out of your Zeller Transaction Account settlement made to an external account View device diagnostics on your Zeller Terminal It’s important that you’re able to easily access identifying information about your Zeller Terminal. If you ever run into an issue with your terminal, one of the first things our support team will ask for is your serial number. You can access this information via the Settings page on your Zeller Terminal. Tap Diagnostics , and you’ll see the serial number of your Zeller Terminal, as well as the version you’re currently running. This is also where you should navigate when you want to reset your device. If you have any questions, reach out on Facebook or call our Support team on 1800 935 537. Or, email feedback@myzeller.com to provide any product feedback or feature ideas to our team directly. Meet Zeller SIM Card: Connectivity You Can Rely On

Protect from Wi-Fi outages and get flexibility to sell on-the-go for pocket change. We’ve all experienced the frustrations of poor internet connectivity and service disruptions, however that frustration pales in significance compared to the impact an outage can have on your business. When your Wi-Fi or personal hotspot cuts out, your business is left exposed to the risks of lost revenue, reduced productivity, and customer complaints. There are many potential reasons for an internet connection to drop, which can range from equipment failures to power outages to faults on the line – all of which are out of your control. The good news is that Zeller Terminal can be powered through Wi-Fi, personal hotspot or Zeller SIM Card to ensure you can continue serving customers without disruption. Keep reading to discover some of the ways adding a Zeller SIM Card to your Zeller Terminal can benefit your business. Mobility More than just providing reliable connectivity, using Zeller SIM Card enables businesses to be more mobile. SIM connectivity is a great option for any mobile business, such as a food truck, pop-up retailer or mobile service provider, because SIM cards provide connectivity where there may not otherwise be internet. Instead of being reliant on Wi-Fi or a personal hotspot, Zeller Terminal together with Zeller SIM Card allows you to operate your business from anywhere and be mobile from one place to the next without any additional set-up or infrastructure. Reliability If your business advertises that it accepts credit cards and other cashless payment methods, you need to make sure this option is always available to your customers. Zeller SIM Card is powered by Optus, which covers a huge 98.5% of the population of Australia. That means you can rely on Zeller SIM Card to keep your Zeller Terminal connected to the internet, from wherever business takes you. You can use your SIM connectivity as the primary method of internet connectivity, or connect your Zeller Terminal to your Wi-Fi and rest easy knowing Zeller SIM Card is there to back you up in case of interruption. Faster transactions A quick transaction is reliant on a fast internet connection. However, your staff may not always take payment while standing directly next to your Wi-Fi router or hotspot. When connectivity is weak, transactions typically take longer – and customers become disgruntled. No one likes waiting, so don’t make them. Zeller SIM Card will ensure you can continue to take payment from every customer efficiently. Better customer experience These days, customers expect to be able to pay from wherever is most convenient for them – whether that’s by the road (for click and collect purchases), at the table, or another location. Zeller SIM Card allows you to bring the terminal to the customer, and provide an even better customer experience. Fewer late payments If you’re in the practice of issuing invoices, pairing your Zeller Terminal with Zeller SIM Card can considerably speed up the time it takes for funds to hit your bank account. It takes an average of 25.5 days for an invoice to be paid. If you process the transaction through Zeller Terminal, the funds will be in your account by the next business day – or even faster, if you settle the funds to your Zeller Transaction Account. Plus, you’ll save yourself the administrative burden of issuing and chasing up invoices. How does Zeller SIM Card work? Zeller SIM Card is available for a flat fee of $15 per month, and we’ll even give you your first month of data for free. With unlimited data, no lock-in contracts, and the option to cancel at any time, it’s an obvious choice for businesses seeking to mitigate the risks of poor connectivity and provide an exceptional customer experience. Plus, having a separate service plan provides visibility into cost, and does not count towards your phone or tablet’s monthly data quota. Zeller SIM Card can be purchased from the Zeller Shop with free express shipping and same-day dispatch. And, if you purchase Zeller SIM Card during the month of July 2021, you’ll receive free data until 1 October 2021 — that’s three months of unlimited data, for free.
