Why is my terminal not connecting to my network?
The first step is to determine whether it is an environmental or software/hardware issue. You can try the following steps to isolate the cause:

Restart the Zeller Terminal.

Try to forget the network - View steps here.

Restart the Wi-Fi router.

Confirm if any other devices are having issues connecting to the network.

Connect to a different Wi-Fi network.

If it connects, it points to an issue with the initial network connection.

If it doesn’t connect, it points to an issue with the Zeller Terminal.
