How do I restart my Zeller Terminal?

If you are experiencing intermittent issues with your Zeller Terminal, you may want to restart the device. 

To restart your Zeller Terminal, follow the steps below:

1. Press and hold the power button until the power options appear on screen. 
2. Tap Restart. 
3. Tap OK to confirm your request. 
4. Your terminal will power off and automatically turn back on. 
5. Enter in the site PIN to unlock your terminal. 

You can now continue accepting payments with your Zeller Terminal.

If access to certain features on your Zeller Terminal is locked/greyed out, it means you have been logged out as an admin user. 

After restarting your Zeller Terminal, you will lose access to your Admin and Manager permissions. You will need to log in again with the appropriate user credentials.
