How do I process a manual card entry payment?

Before proceeding, please ensure Virtual Terminal is enabled for your site. Click here to view how.  

Once you’re logged in to the Zeller Dashboard, simply:

1. Select Payment Links from the navigation menu.

2. Click + Payment in the top right-hand corner. 

    

3. Select your preferred Site. 

4. Type in a Contact name and select that Contact from the dropdown.

5. If they are a new customer, select Add Person or Add Business.

6. Enter the amount you wish to charge your customer.

7. Add transaction notes. (Optional)

8. Click Next to Continue to Payment.

9. Enter your customer’s card details and click Pay Now.

Once payment has been approved, you can send them a receipt or close the window.
