Can I send a payment link from my App

Before proceeding, please ensure Virtual Terminal is enabled for your site. For information, view here.

To get started, open your Zeller App.

1. Select Payment Links from the navigation menu.

2. Tap Take Payment.

3. Enter the amount and Tap Next.

4. Select the Site the payment is assigned to.

5. Tap Contact and select that Contact from the dropdown.

   • If they are a new customer, Tap New and select Add Person or Add Business.

   • Enter the contact details and Click Save. 

6. Add a note if you'd like (optional). Keep in mind that notes won't be shared with your Contact.

7. Tap Next. 

8. Select Send via Email, SMS or click Create a Link to share the payment link from your device. 

9. Click Send Link.

Customers will receive the link to pay immediately via email or SMS, depending on their selection. 

Once your customers have paid, you will receive an email, and the record will be updated as Paid.
