Yes! Zeller is now the exclusive provider for all franchisees of Gami Chicken for in-person EFTPOS payments.

Every Gami Chicken franchisee will receive the following exclusive benefits as part of our partnership: 

  • Free Zeller EFTPOS hardware with no monthly terminal rental fees.

  • A pre-negotiated, lower in-person transaction fee, which is fully passed on to customers via built-in surcharging.

  • Free Zeller hardware accessories as required, including receipt rolls, charging docks, and more. 

Most businesses can sign up for their free Zeller Account online in under 10 minutes. You may be prompted to supply some documentation when you sign up — such as a business Trust Deed or Partnership Document — in order to help us verify your business. If you need any help during the Zeller Account sign up process, you can access our live chat functionality directly on the website, or contact our local Support team on 1800 935 537.

As part of Zeller's partnership with Concept Eight, all franchisees will be migrating to a "zero-cost EFTPOS" model where 100% of eFPTOS transaction fees are passed on to customers. Your customer will absorb the transaction fee (1.14% excl. GST for EFPTOS / kiosk card payments, or 1.45% + $0.18 excl. GST for MOTO / in-app payments.

There are no other monthly fees or hidden charges to use Zeller.
