This warranty can’t be transferred to anyone else beyond the original purchaser and is valid only within Australia. During the warranty period, your proof of purchase is required to receive warranty services.

The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other consumer rights and remedies that may be available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Reasonably foreseeable loss relates to the terminal hardware only, and not any other goods or services that Zeller Australia may supply to you. Additionally, further limitations of service are outlined in our Terms of Service. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We do not warrant that the operation of the Terminals will be uninterrupted or error free. You must read and follow all set-up and usage instructions provided. There are important steps and information that you need to follow, or the Terminals may not function properly or may suffer other damage. Additionally, failure of the Terminals may result in loss of data. While we have infrastructure and processes in place to minimise data loss, we strongly recommend that you backup your data regularly.
If the Terminals fail during normal and proper use within its Warranty period we will repair or exchange the faulty parts within the Terminals, or the Terminals themselves. Terminals presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished Terminals of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the Terminals. Ownership of items is surrendered to each party on exchange. Repair or exchange is subject to the original item being genuine and unaltered.
The Warranty will not cover damage from scenarios outside of normal and proper use, including damage caused by accident, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance; use under abnormal conditions; fluid ingress of any kind; damage caused by improper installation or an external electrical fault or impact; routine cleaning, or normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear or any other event, act, default or omission outside Our control; any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, a Force Majeure Event (as defined in the Zeller Terms of Service) or interruption to internet services; or damage or loss during transit to Us.
