What can I do if I don’t recognise a transaction?
It’s important to consider the following points when assessing if the payment was made without your authorisation:
- Check with anyone else that has access to your card.
- Search the company name as it may differ from the trading name.
- Check your active subscriptions, memberships and in-app purchases.
If you still do not recognise the transaction, please lock your card and get in touch with our Support team for further assistance as soon as possible.
