Yes, real-time transaction and settlement statements can be downloaded directly from the Zeller Dashboard.

• Zeller Terminal 2 does not require EFTPOS rolls, as it provides only digital receipts.

• Zeller Terminal 1 offers both digital and physical receipts.

• Upon successfully onboarding for a free Zeller account, you will receive your first EFTPOS terminal free of charge, along with a box of 25 receipt rolls.

Yes, both Zeller Terminal 1 and Zeller Terminal 2 can send e-receipts via SMS or email to your customers.

Surcharging allows businesses to pass on EFTPOS processing fees to your customers. You can set this up as a percentage form your Zeller dashboard, as long as it doesn’t exceed the processing cost.
