How to update kitchen and customer dockets Settings

Print dockets to help organise orders that can be sent to the kitchen or handed to customers when orders are ready. 

Before printing Kitchen and Customer dockets, ensure your receipt printers have been set up first. For more information on how, view here.

To change docket settings, open your tablet.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Printers

  2. Enable perfered Automatic Print Settings

    • Toggle on Print Kitchen docket after payment.

    • Toggle on Print Customer docket after payment.


To rename docket printers, open your tablet.

  1. Navigate to Order Settings > Receipts & Dockets.

  2. Under Dockets, you can set a Prefix and rename the Customer Docket and Kitchen Docket.

Your receipt preferences will be applied immediately. If you encounter any issues with receipts, please contact our Support team.
