Frequently Asked Questions

Your unique referral link can be found in your Zeller Dashboard. 

Log in to your Zeller Account, and then head to the 'Refer a friend' tab at the bottom of  the sidebar menu. 

Unfortunately, successful referrals are only recorded if a new merchant signs up using your unique referral link.

If you have had a successful referral, confirmed via email, you will receive your $150 referral bonus in the first week of the month following your successful referral.

For example, if your referral was successful on the 16th of March, you would receive your referral reward deposited into your nominated Zeller settlement account within early April.

A successful referral requires a new merchant to sign up with Zeller and process their first $5000 of card payments using Zeller Terminal or Invoices within 45 days of activating their account. Your friend may not have begun transacting with Zeller yet.

Zeller Referral Program Terms & Conditions (AU)

The Zeller Referral Program is open to activated Zeller merchants.

Zeller reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of service for our referral program at any time. Unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. All participants are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Referrer

A Referrer is defined as a Zeller merchant invited to join the Zeller Referral Program. The Referrer is subject to Zeller’s Terms of Service and Zeller’s Privacy Policy.

Referred Merchant

A Referred Merchant is defined as a new Zeller customer  who arrives at the Zeller website (myzeller.com/au) by clicking a Referrer’s unique referral link and successfully completes activation of their Zeller Account and starts transacting.A Referred Merchant and a Referrer cannot be the same person, operate the same business, or share the same ABN. Referred Merchants must be legitimate businesses. Zeller will count qualified referrals from links that are tracked and reported in the Zeller platform.

Qualified Referrals

For a Referrer and a Referred Merchant to earn referral rewards, the Referred Merchant must complete their Zeller activation through the Referrers unique tracking link and accept their first $5000 of card payments with Zeller Terminal, Zeller Virtual Terminal, Tap to Pay with Zeller App, or Zeller Invoices, a maximum of 45 days post their activation.

Referral Rewards

Rewards are as follows:

  • Referrer’s reward: a $150 cash bonus, payable to the nominated bank account of the Referrer; and 

  • Referred Merchant’s reward: a $150 cash bonus, 

Each payable upon successful activation of the Referred Merchant’s new Zeller Account and first $5000 of eligible transactions of the Referred Merchant’s new Zeller Account. 

Referral Rewards will be settled at the beginning of the following month in which the Qualified Referral took place. Referral Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Zeller offer or promotion.

Eligibility

Zeller reserves the right to withhold Referral Rewards, where it suspects fraudulent, artificial, or non-genuine referral activity.
