Yes! Zeller is now the exclusive provider for all franchisees of Concept Eight, for in-person, kiosk, and in-app payments.

Every Concept Eight franchisee will receive the following exclusive benefits as part of our partnership: 

• Free Zeller EFTPOS hardware.

• Free Zeller hardware accessories as required, including receipt rolls, charging docks, and more. 

• Support with the roll-out of new POS and kiosk hardware (from Redcat) for selected franchisees.

Most businesses can sign up for their free Zeller Account online in under 10 minutes. You may be prompted to supply some documentation when you sign up — such as a business Trust Deed or Partnership Document — in order to help us verify your business. As part of Zeller's partnership with Concept Eight, all franchisees will benefit from lower transaction fees on all cards, and no monthly terminal rental fees.

Transaction fees for existing franchisees who have been with Zeller for over 12 months are:

• 0.7% excl. GST for all credit cards, including American Express

• $0.19 excl. GST for EFTPOS debit cards

• 1.19% excl. GST for MOTO (over-the-phone) orders

Transaction fees for new franchisees who have been with Zeller for less than 12 months and are receiving a free Redcat Kiosk and / or POS package are:

• 0.85% excl. GST for all credit cards, including American Express

• $0.23 excl. GST for EFTPOS debit cards

• 1.19% excl. GST for MOTO (over-the-phone) orders
