Yes! Zeller is now the exclusive provider for all franchisees of The Cheesecake Shop for in-person EFTPOS hardware and payments.

Every franchisee of The Cheesecake Shop will receive the following exclusive benefits as part of our partnership:

  • 2 x free Zeller SIM Cards, with free ongoing data included

  • Receipt rolls supplied free of charge, as ordered by your store.

Most businesses can sign up for their free Zeller Account online in under 10 minutes. You may be prompted to supply some documentation when you sign up — such as a business Trust Deed or Partnership Document — in order to help us verify your business. If you need any help during the Zeller Account sign up process, you can access our live chat functionality directly on the website, or contact our local Support team on 1800 935 537.

As part of Zeller's partnership with The Cheesecake Shop, we have negotiated a low-cost in-person transaction fee os 0.58% (excluding GST), or 0.86% online / MOTO transaction fee (excluding GST).

There are no other monthly fees or hidden charges to use Zeller.

Zeller offers local support, 7 days a week between 9AM and 1AM AET, via phone, email, or SMS. You can find the contact details to reach Zeller Support here.

There are no lock-in contracts or monthly rental agreements to use Zeller EFTPOS Terminal in your store. In the event your store closes, or you decide not to use Zeller, you can simply stop using it — or contact Zeller Support and we can instantly transfer your hardware to the new store owner.
