Most businesses can sign up for their free Zeller Account online in under 10 minutes. You may be prompted to supply some documentation when you sign up — such as a business Trust Deed or Partnership Document — in order to help us verify your business. There are no lock-in contracts or monthly rental agreements to use Zeller EFTPOS Terminal for Blue Wheeler members. In the event your business closes, or you decide not to use Zeller, you can simply stop using it.

Yes, real-time transaction and settlement statements can be downloaded directly from the Zeller Dashboard.

  • Zeller Terminal 2 does not require EFTPOS rolls, as it provides only digital receipts.

  • Zeller Terminal 1 offers both digital and physical receipts.

  • Upon successfully onboarding for a free Zeller account, you will receive your first EFTPOS terminal free of charge, along with a box of 25 receipt rolls.

Yes, both Zeller Terminal 1 and Zeller Terminal 2 can send e-receipts via SMS or email to your customers.

Yes, Zeller Terminal 2 includes Zeller POS Lite, which is available free of charge.

Surcharging allows businesses to pass on EFTPOS processing fees to your customers. You can set this up as a percentage form your Zeller dashboard, as long as it doesn’t exceed the processing cost.

You can charge the terminals either by connecting the charging cable directly to the terminal or by docking it into the charging station. All charging options are included at no additional cost.
