Zeller Terminal 2 Recognised as Australia’s Leading Payment Terminal

Zeller Terminal 2 won the prestigious 2025 Australian Good Design Award in the 'Product Design: Commercial and Industrial’ category.
It was also recognised at the 2025 WeMoney Merchant Payments Awards, winning both Merchant Terminal of the Year, and Merchant Payment Provider of the Year.
Zeller Terminal 2 was designed in Australia by Zeller CEO and founder Ben Pfisterer and Head of Design Joe Bland.
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – Zeller Terminal 2, the next-generation EFTPOS machine designed and engineered by Australian fintech Zeller, has won three awards this October; a 2025 Australian Good Design Award in the ‘Product Design: Commercial and Industrial’ category, and as Merchant Payment Provider of the Year, and Merchant Terminal of the Year, in WeMoney’s 2025 Merchant Payments Awards.
Established in 1958, the Good Design Awards is Australia’s longest running international design program, recognising excellence across 11 disciplines and more than 35 categories. Zeller Terminal 2, first launched in Australia in August 2024, was designed in-house by Zeller CEO and founder Ben Pfisterer and Head of Design Joe Bland, with software engineering by Zeller’s engineering team. With a distinct design evolution from traditional EFTPOS terminals, Zeller Terminal 2 has quickly been adopted by tens of thousands of businesses. It offers both built-in and integrated point-of-sale capabilities, fast and secure payment acceptance, e-receipts, discreet tipping prompts, and a large, full-colour HD display which can be customised with business branding or promotional screensavers.
