Schedule a transfer from your Zeller Account

Scheduled Transfers let you automatically move money between your Zeller Accounts or to a linked external bank account at a future date and time. You can schedule a transfer to happen once or set it to repeat automatically.

For example, you might schedule transfers to:

  • Move funds into a separate Zeller Account for wages or inventory.

  • Schedule/Make timely payments to a supplier's bank account every fortnight

  • Set money aside for future business expenses.

Scheduled Transfers can be created from the Zeller App or Zeller Dashboard.

View and manage scheduled transfers

To view your scheduled transfers:

  1. Open the Zeller App or Zeller Dashboard.
  2. Go to Accounts.
  3. Select All Scheduled.

Here you can view:

  • Upcoming transfers.
  • Previous scheduled transfers.
  • Transfer details and activity.

  • Completed – The transfer was successful.
  • Processing – The transfer is currently being processed.
  • Failed – The transfer couldn’t be completed.
  • Skipped – The scheduled transfer was skipped.

Skip a scheduled transfer

If you have a recurring transfer, you can skip an individual occurrence without ending the entire schedule.

Simply select Skip next to the upcoming transfer. If you change your mind before processing begins, select Undo Skip.

Note:
Once a transfer enters the Processing stage, it can no longer be skipped.

End a recurring schedule

If you no longer want future transfers to occur, you can end your recurring schedule.
To protect your account, you’ll be asked to complete a verification step before the schedule is ended.

Ending a schedule:

  • Stops all future scheduled transfers.
  • Does not affect transfers that have already been completed.

Why didn’t my scheduled transfer go through?

A scheduled transfer may fail if:

  • There weren’t enough funds available in the sending account.
  • The transfer exceeded your account’s transfer limits.
  • Your account is temporarily unable to transfer funds.

If a transfer cannot be completed, you’ll see its status change to Failed when viewing your scheduled transfers.

If you still need to move the funds, you can create a new transfer once the issue has been resolved.
