How do I edit my VAT settings for items?

Apply default selections to VAT pricing behaviour. These options will affect the items you create Zeller POS Lite and Invoices. 

To edit VAT, simply log into your Zeller App and Dashboard.

• Navigate to Items then select Settings.

VAT Applicable 

Toggle this option to enable VAT by default for all new items. VAT can also be edited individually during item creation. 

• Toggle New Items are VAT Applicable.
  • On: New items will automatically have VAT Applicable set to true.
  • Off: New items will automatically have VAT Applicable set to false.

Please Note: This setting does not affect existing items.

VAT Price Display

• • VAT Included: All item prices will be displayed inclusive of VAT.
  • VAT Excluded: All item prices will be displayed exclusive of VAT.

Your selection will update the default item price display for all new Zeller Invoices, but existing invoices will not be impacted. The price display option can still be edited when creating your individual invoices.
