How do I customise my receipt settings?
To customise your receipt settings from your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Sites.
- Select the relevant site to manage.
- Click the Receipt tab at the top of the screen.
- Update the details you’d like displayed on your receipts, including:

Business logo

Business name
-
Business phone number
-
Email address
-
Return policy
-
Business message
-
Website
-
Social media links

- Adjust your receipt print preferences as needed. You can toggle the following options on or off:

- Always print store copy.
- Print company logo.
- Print social media links.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
To access receipt settings on your Zeller Terminal:
- Confirm your device is logged in via the navigation panel.
- Select Settings from the navigation menu.
- Tap on Site Settings.
- Tap Receipts.
- Customise the information and print settings based on your preferences.
- Tap Save.
Your receipt preferences will be applied immediately. If you encounter any issues with receipts, please contact our Support team.
