No, you don’t need to change your business account to use Zeller. When you accept payments with Zeller Terminal, you can choose to settle funds into your Zeller Business Account or your existing UK business bank account.

No, there are no lock-in contracts with Zeller. You can use Zeller as much or as little as you like, with no monthly terminal rental fees.

Funds are settled overnight into your Zeller Business Account, 365 days a year. Settlements to third-party business bank accounts are processed the next business day.

Switching to Zeller is simple. Sign up for a Zeller Account, order your Zeller Terminal online, and once it arrives, log in and start accepting payments.

You can be up and running with Zeller Terminal in minutes. Simply unpack your terminal, log in to your Zeller Account, and start accepting payments.

Zeller Terminal orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days across mainland UK addresses.

The Zeller Referral Program is open to activated Zeller merchants in the United Kingdom.

Zeller reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Any unclaimed referral rewards may be forfeited at that time. Participation in the Referral Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Zeller’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Referrer

A Referrer is defined as an existing Zeller merchant invited to participate in the Zeller Referral Program. The Referrer must hold an active Zeller account and remain compliant with Zeller’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Referred Business

A Referred Business is defined as a new Zeller customer who arrives at the Zeller UK website via a Referrer’s unique referral link and successfully:

  • Opens a Zeller account

  • Purchases a Zeller Terminal

  • Processes at least £500 in eligible transactions with Zeller

A Referrer and Referred Business cannot:

  • Be the same person

  • Operate the same business

  • Share the same company ownership or business entity

Referred Businesses must be legitimate businesses located in the United Kingdom and must not have previously held a Zeller account.

Zeller will only recognise referrals that are correctly tracked and attributed through the official referral link provided via the Referral Program platform.

Qualified Referrals

To qualify for the referral reward:

  • The Referred Business must complete sign up using the Referrer’s unique referral link

  • The Referred Business must purchase a Zeller Terminal

  • The Referred Business must process at least £500 in eligible transactions within 30 days of account activation

Once eligibility criteria have been met and verified by Zeller:

  • The Referrer will receive a £50 reward

  • The Referred Business will receive a £50 reward

Referral rewards are paid monthly and are not issued immediately upon qualification.

Additional Conditions

Zeller reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim referral rewards where it reasonably suspects:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Self-referrals

  • Abuse of the Referral Program

  • Breaches of Zeller’s Terms of Service

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.

Zeller’s decision regarding eligibility and qualification is final.
