Get up to £500 in free Zeller hardware when you submit an enquiry via the campaign landing page available at (https://www.myzeller.com/gb/switch), book and attend a demo via video call, phone call, or in person with an authorised Zeller sales team representative, and successfully onboard for a new Zeller Account between 10 September 2026 12:01AM (GMT) and 31 October 2026 11.59PM (GMT) inclusive. To be eligible you must submit a valid enquiry within this period, be a business registered or trading in the UK, and successfully onboard for  a new Zeller Account following approval of your application, including identity verification and underwriting checks. A member of the Zeller team will contact you to discuss your requirements; the type and quantity of hardware provided is determined by Zeller based on the size and needs of your business, up to a maximum value of £500 including VAT. Not all customers will receive the maximum value, and the maximum value is generally available to businesses requiring multiple terminals or multiple sites. Hardware will be dispatched once your Zeller Account has been onboarded. The Offer is available to new customers only and is not available to existing or former Zeller customers. You do not need to be switching from an existing payment provider to qualify. The Offer is limited to one claim per business; Zeller may treat multiple enquiries sharing a company number, director, trading address or contact details as a single business. The Offer applies to Zeller hardware only and cannot be applied to transaction fees, subscription fees, delivery charges or third-party accessories. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, is subject to stock availability, has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. Zeller may substitute a product of equivalent or higher specification. Standard warranty and returns terms apply; hardware provided under the Offer has been supplied at no cost and will be refunded at the value paid (£0), which does not affect your statutory rights. Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with the Zeller Privacy Policy. Zeller reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer, and to amend these terms and conditions, where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any such changes will not unfairly disadvantage customers who have already qualified for the Offer. Zeller may refuse or withdraw an individual's participation in the Offer where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse or breach of these terms. This Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This offer is valid from 12:01 AM UK time on 14 August 2026 until 11:59 PM UK time on 31 October 2026 (Campaign Period). This promotion is open to all Zeller UK Limited customers in the United Kingdom who activate a Zeller Visa Business Debit Card (Card) during the Campaign Period. Eligible customers will receive 10% cashback on Eligible Business Purchases (inclusive of VAT) made using a Zeller Visa Business Debit Card within the first 30 days following Card activation. To qualify, Card activation must take place during the Campaign Period. A minimum total spend of £50 in Eligible Business Purchases within the 30-day post-activation window is required to qualify for cashback. Cashback is capped at a maximum of £20 per customer. Limited-time offer valid only for new UK Zeller customers who sign up and successfully onboard a new Zeller Account on or after 11 August 2026, and existing UK Zeller customers who have an onboarded Zeller Account but are not currently using Zeller POS Lite ("Eligible Customers"). Eligible Customers who process integrated card-present payments with Zeller POS or POS Lite and a Zeller Terminal between 11 August 2026 and 31 October 2026 (inclusive) will receive cashback on 100% of card-present transaction fees. The Zeller Referral Program is open to activated Zeller merchants.

Zeller reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of service for our referral program at any time. Unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. All participants are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Referrer
A Referrer is defined as a Zeller merchant invited to join the Zeller Referral Program. The Referrer is subject to Zeller's Terms of Service and Zeller's Privacy Policy.

Referred Merchant
A Referred Merchant is defined as a new Zeller customer who successfully completes activation of their Zeller Account and starts transacting, who arrives at the Zeller website (myzeller.com/gb) by clicking a Referrer's unique referral link. A Referred Merchant and a Referrer cannot be the same person, operate the same business, or share the same Companies House registration number. Referred Merchants must be legitimate businesses. The Referred Merchant must be a new Zeller customer, who has never held a Zeller account. 

Qualified Referrals
For the Referrer and Referred Merchant to earn referral rewards, the Referred Merchant must complete their Zeller activation through the Referrer's unique tracking link and accept their first £500 of card payments with Zeller Terminal, Zeller Virtual Terminal, or Zeller Invoices, a maximum of 45 days post their activation. Any transaction that is later refunded, reversed, disputed, or subject to a chargeback will not count towards the £500 qualifying threshold, and Zeller reserves the right to reassess eligibility accordingly.

Referral Rewards
Rewards are payable as a £100 cash bonus, settled to the nominated account of the Referrer, and a £100 cash bonus, settled to the nominated account of the Referred Merchant, upon successful activation of the Referred Merchant's new Zeller Account and first eligible transaction of the Referred Merchant's new Zeller Account. Referral Rewards will be settled at the beginning of the following month in which the Qualified Referral took place.

Additional Conditions

• Referral Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Zeller offer or promotion.

• Referrer eligibility is limited to selected Zeller customers.

• Unique referral tracking links cannot be shared with other Zeller merchants for use.

• Zeller reserves the right to withhold Referral Rewards, where it suspects fraudulent, artificial, or non-genuine referral activity.

Limited-time offer is valid for selected existing Zeller customers who receive the email with the subject line “Get paid faster with Zeller Invoices, for free” (‘Eligible Customers’). For eligible customers who process approved payments using Zeller Invoices between 12:01AM GMT 4 August 2026 and 11:59PM GMT 31 August 2026, transaction fees will be refunded to a Zeller Business Account on your first £500 of approved payments processed using Zeller Invoices (‘Cash back’). Payments must not be Invalid Transactions (as defined in Zeller’s Terms of Service). Payments must not be refunded. Cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Zeller fee-free processing offer or promotion. Offer is limited to one (1) Cash Back per Eligible Customer. Payments accepted with a surcharge applied are not eligible for cash back. Your cash back will be settled to a Zeller Business Account no later than 30 days after you meet the eligibility criteria. Limited-time offer available to the first 20 eligible Zeller customers who submit a genuine Trustpilot review about their experience with Zeller.

To qualify, eligible customers must (1) Submit a review of Zeller on Trustpilot at (https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/myzeller.com/gb); and (2) supply the required details to enable Zeller to verify eligibility and issue the voucher ("Eligible Merchants"). The first 20 Eligible Merchants who meet these requirements will receive a £20 voucher sent to the email address associated with their Zeller account no later than 30 days after submitting their review. To qualify to the cashback offer, Eligible Customers must have received email communications with the promotion, and have an active Zeller Account, purchase their first Zeller Terminal from https://myzeller.com/gb/shop during the Promotional Period; and process at least £500 in eligible card-present payments using that Zeller Terminal within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Only eligible card-present transactions count towards the £500 minimum.
